We're Hiring

We are looking for an exceptional user experience professional who can make a big impact on our small UX Practice. Solving our client’s big, hairy UX problems will test your skills, decision making, and confidence. You will be looked to as an authority, and given accountability for your decisions. You will advance your craft rapidly.

What we look for:

  • Impeccable visual design chops, critical IA thinking, and a mastery of front-end development.
  • The maturity to understand that design is about responding to the problem before you, not expressing the creative in you.
  • Confidence in your abilities and decisions, even if you are wrong sometimes.

Perks

  • Highly competitive salary + quarterly bonus
  • We’ll pick up half of the tab for your laptop, and you get to keep the laptop
  • Generous paid time off
  • Get paid for time spent growing the business. Each quarter we give bonuses to consultants who help out with business development.
  • The opportunity to work among the best, highest respected developers and technologists in D/FW (no really, we can prove it!)

Interested?

When you apply, know that we’re looking for more than just aptitude; you should have a portfolio ready to share and be able to explain your thinking behind design decisions.

About Improving Enterprises

Us!

We firmly believe that a company’s people are its most valuable asset. Furthermore, we believe that too few companies invest in their people in a meaningful way. Most companies focused on training and skills transfer will tell you the same. But that is usually where the similarity between us and them ends. We founded Improving Enterprises to help people reach beyond their current limitations. The constant desire to do better is ingrained in everything we do, from how we approach our clients, to how we think about problem solving, to how we evaluate our own performance.

We are happy to work ourselves out of a job. Many people think we are crazy when we say that. We think of it as a strategic advantage.
